The Office of the Provost and Vice-President Academic works with faculties and service units across the university to provide an outstanding education for SFU students and a productive research environment for faculty, ensuring that operational planning and budgeting is fully integrated across the university and aligns with the university’s academic and strategic mission. The Provost's Office team leads and supports strategic initiatives and drives operational excellence across the Provost portfolio, striving to provide the best support and guidance for our stakeholders inside and outside of the Office of the Provost.

About the Role

The Strategic Initiatives Analyst is responsible for managing and driving successful completion of various initiatives and special projects across the Vice President Academic & Provost portfolio and conducting analysis and decision support for strategic priorities. This position provides professional guidance and recommendations to key decision-makers such as the Vice-Presidents, Directors, or other University senior members, and is responsible for developing and preparing impactful reports and presentations to support evidence-based decision making.
