YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at CEVA Logistics. Under the guidance of Project Manager, you will be responsible to coordinate and manage ocean & air import and export activities of project shipments, from start to finish while providing exceptional customer service.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Prepare, handle, and process documentation, including house and master bills, commercial documents, and customs/regulatory documents.
  • Track and trace shipments.
  • Accurately and timely enter data into our operating system.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, other CEVA offices worldwide and co-workers through high-volume email, phone, instant message, and in-person communication.
  • Accurately and timely bill clients.
  • Contribute to maintaining strong vendor relationships, including carriers, trucking companies, and others.
  • Maintain compliance standards at all times, including internal policies and procedures, external government regulations, and customer requirements.
  • Meet key performance indicators to support department, branch, product, and company goals.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills are critical. Attention to detail is a top priority.
  • Understanding of air and ocean documentation process is an asset.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficient computer skills, including solid data entry with high accuracy rate, email, internet, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Desire for a career in supply chain/logistics.
  • Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in Canada.
