Manager, Learning & Training Development

Aplin has partnered with a Downtown, Toronto client, seeking a Manager, Learning & Training Development to support the ongoing Change Management efforts of a Front Office Transformation (FOT) project focused on Salesforce adoption. This 7-month contract (with potential for extension) is primarily remote, with a preference for candidates available to meet in Downtown Toronto once a month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain training programs to support CRM transformation.
• Design and implement training materials (FAQs, guides, video tutorials, etc.).
• Adapt international and Salesforce learning resources for the Canadian firm.
• Ensure training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
• Manage content on the internal learning platform (Degreed).
  

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in corporate learning & development.
• Proven ability to create and execute training programs.
• Strong content management and project coordination skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and Degreed is an asset.
