About the job As Customer Solutions Manager, you will be accountable for The Customer Solutions Manager is accountable for the several Customers Supply Chain relationship & Total Cost to Serve in partnership with Danone’s Sales team. He drives Topline, increasing On Shelf Availability (OSA) and contributing to Operational Excellence in execution. He ensures customer satisfaction to drive long term business growth and mutual success. More specifically 1- Contribution to top line growth through Customer Collaboration- Owner of Customer relationship with development of a sustainable collaboration model.- Works in close partnership with Danone Sales team.- Influence customer teams in their varia system through available data in order to increase internal forecast accuracy and ultimately drive on shelf availability 2-Point of contact for all Customer Daily operations.- Deep knowledge of Operations (Danone and Customer) - Accountable for customer order integrity and interpretation of volumes ordered by the Customer 3- Team managementSupport team with day-to-day operationsPut in place & animate an individual development plan for each member of his team to increase functional & managerial skillsPromote internal networks to increase functional learnings 4. Customer Profitability Improvement- Optimise total cost to serve by collaborating with Sales, other Danone Operational Teams and varia Customer teams - Manages and challenge all customer fines (fill rate, operational,…)

About you The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and competencies

  • Diploma University Level
  • 7 years in mutiple functions with Supply Chain and/or Sales with CPMG experience
  • English & French fluent
  • Ability to design a long term strategy
  • Leadership & influencing skills
