Supply Chain Manager

Creator Warehouse (CW) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager with a passion for optimizing processes and building strong cross-functional relationships. You’ll be a vital part of our journey, driving efficiency and excellence in our Operations Department.
You will be responsible for managing weekly sales and order forecasts for the Creator Warehouse business. You will conduct independent analysis and deliver actionable insights to inform decision-making across the key stakeholders of the business. Additionally, you will work closely with suppliers to ensure product availability through optimized inventory levels, improve demand planning, and clear communications. The ideal candidate should be skilled in tracking inventory performance, analyzing key metrics, and addressing supply risks, with strong leadership abilities to drive cross-functional collaboration and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Track inventory levels, turnover, fill rates, and obsolete stock. Implement strategies to optimize stock and ensure availability.
- Improve forecast accuracy and stability while assisting with new product launches, lifecycle management, and commercial projects.
- Manage purchase orders with suppliers, adjusting as needed and communicating supply issues internally.
- Ensure suppliers meet lead times and work to reduce them as needed.
- Oversee inventory flow and develop reports to track purchasing performance.
- Review forecasts and key metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide stakeholders with supply and demand insights.
- Manage supply chain risks and monitor shipping performance for efficiency.
- Lead internal and external meetings to drive alignment and decision-making.
- Identify and address inventory discrepancies with supply chain partners, reporting findings and solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, or related field
- 5 years of experience in Planning/Forecasting/Sourcing
- Strong analytical & communication skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office Suite
- Domestic and international sourcing experience
- Experience working with 3PL service providers
- Ability to work independently & manage multiple competing demands
- Experience in leading meetings while responding to executive’s questions/concerns.
- Strong Judgement and comfort with working in a high-demand environment
- Analytical, attention to detail and accuracy
Compensation: For this position, the typical hiring salary range falls between CAD $85,000 and $120,000 per year. The base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives.
