They have been successfully using an Agile Development Methodology for many years that empowers our Software Engineering Teams to develop and advance our products with maximum efficiency and release frequency.

They are looking for Agile software developers who have demonstrable skills in collaboration and communication, who can balance feature velocity with high quality code delivery.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – this is at the top as it is likely the most important qualification
• Familiarity with a “JavaScript everywhere” paradigm, with web frontend and server-side development in the cloud
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a desire to work within a highly collaborative, fast-paced team
• Passionate about delivering high-quality software, with automated monitoring and recovery to minimize extinguish fires before they happen
• A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent similar experience
  
  

Nice To Have

• 2+ years of experience in full-stack development demonstrated through previous projects, including significant knowledge of NodeJS, JavaScript/typescript
• 5+ years overall software development experience, including experience building secure software applications
• Development and implementation of Microservices with a working knowledge of REST APIs, and experience creating and maintaining Open API documentation
• Development experience with Kubernetes (deploying services, troubleshooting)
• Experience with event-based distributed architectures
• Familiarity with cloud services (particularly AWS) and serverless technologies
• React / Redux development or equivalent Angular/Vue experience
