UKG Workforce Integration Manager

We are seeking a skilled Integration Architect/Engineer to lead the design and implementation of integration solutions between UKG and Oracle HCM. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of integration architecture, middleware technologies, and API management, with a focus on optimizing performance and ensuring compliance.

In this role you will

  • Develop and maintain the high-level architecture for integrating UKG with Oracle HCM, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
  • Define and implement a comprehensive integration strategy that facilitates seamless data exchange and system interoperability.
  • Establish governance frameworks to oversee integration processes, ensuring alignment to standard methodologies and organizational policies.
  • Plan and implement the upgrade of UKG APIs, ensuring compatibility and minimal disruption to existing integrations.
  • Oversee API management processes, ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable access to integration endpoints.

What you will need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in integration architecture and engineering, particularly with UKG and Oracle HCM.
  • Strong expertise in Dell Boomi or similar middleware platforms.
  • Familiarity with API design and management, data mapping, and transformation techniques.
  • Knowledge of data compliance regulations and security standard processes.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multi-functional teams.
