As a Content Marketing Writer on the Brand Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing impactful content that strengthens and differentiates our brand. You will be responsible for creating compelling, audience-centric content across multiple formats, including long-form content (such as blog posts, whitepapers, and web content) and short-form copy (such as digital ads, emails, and social campaigns). This role requires strong collaboration with subject matter experts, creative teams, and internal stakeholders to maintain brand consistency and deliver high-quality content that supports business objectives.

What You Will Do

• Lead copywriting efforts for a variety of marketing content, including blog articles, website copy, SEO-optimized content, digital ads, whitepapers, brochures, email campaigns, and more.
• Develop and refine messaging to bring our brand identity and product value to life.
• Craft compelling content tailored to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), understanding their priorities, challenges, and motivations.
• Contribute strategically to discussions throughout the creative process, from concept to execution.
• Develop fresh, engaging campaign concepts and content angles that align with overarching marketing strategies.
• Utilize data and insights to optimize content engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Partner Marketing) to identify content needs and develop targeted messaging.
• Manage content projects from ideation to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
• Work closely with video, design, and other creative professionals to bring content concepts to life.
• Ensure all content aligns with Prophix’s voice, tone, and messaging guidelines while maintaining consistency across platforms.

What You Will Bring 

To succeed in this role, you will need a combination of experience, technology skills, personal qualities, and education. 

Required Qualifications 

• 5+ years of relevant B2B SaaS / tech writing experience.
• Proven ability to craft both detailed long-form content and concise, high-impact short-form copy with different objectives, from thought leadership to conversion.
• Strong understanding of SEO and driving conversion.
• Experience with writing in different voices, for different audiences (e.g. thought leaders, product specialists, employees).
• Strong understanding of marketing and content creation processes and project flow. 
• Incredible eye for detail - ability to deliver flawlessly written materials, able to recall and strictly adhere to specific style guides, copy guidelines, and naming conventions.
• Excellent organizational skills, with experience taking ownership of projects and managing them to completion. 
• Self-starter with a hands-on, proactive attitude - comfortable with working with a mostly remote day-to-day team.
• An exceptional team player with a proven ability to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience with leveraging AI content creation tools / software.
• Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located.
• Must be able to travel to the United States, Canada and/or internationally when needed. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with project management software (e.g. Wrike, Asana). 
• Experience in financial, accounting, planning B2B SaaS software targeting the Office of the CFO personas, i.e. CFO, VP Finance/Accounting, FP&A Professionals, Controller, Consolidation Manager, etc.)
