What you’ll do…

We are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Team. In this role you play a key role in supporting our sales and marketing teams – you will be an ambassador to our brand through the coordination of events, marketing materials, and communications. You will report directly to our Marketing Manager and will be based from our Head Office in Guelph, Ontario. 

 

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include: 

  • Assist with the planning and execution of internal and external events and meetings
  • Project coordination of key initiatives with the sales and marketing team
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare promotional items, marketing materials, and programs
  • Support with communication to the sales team (awareness of promotions, reporting, key milestones etc.)
  • Prepare social media content and analysis of engagement metrics 
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing teams 
  • Some travel within Ontario may be required up to 5% of time


Who you are…

A relationship builder and natural collaborator, who is proactive, organized, and results driven. Ideally you will bring the following skills and abilities to this role: 

  • Successfully completed post-secondary education (i.e. diploma/degree)
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or related role 
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Suite 
  • Fluent in English with proven effective communication skills (oral and written)
  • Strong project management skills: detail oriented with ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously 
  • Knowledge of, or experience working in the Agriculture industry in a plus!

  • Estimated salary range: $48,000-60,000. The final salary offer will be determined by your skills, experience, and qualifications.
