What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service, and that our wide range of products are delivered efficiently and on time.

Hours: Full time. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Work Location: Bishop's Cellar Warehouse - 3607 Strawberry Hill Street.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Inventory Management & Order Fulfillment

  • Accurately receive, label, and store incoming goods.
  • Pick customer orders.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Promptly report inventory discrepancies to the Warehouse Operations Manager.

Safety & Compliance

  • Follow company guidelines for product handling, storage, and quality control.
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Identify and report potential safety hazards or incidents to supervisors.
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Ensure the proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jackets, and hand tools.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Teamwork & Continuous Improvement

  • Work effectively with team members to meet productivity and accuracy goals.
  • Communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Provide support during peak operational periods, including overtime when necessary.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance job skills and knowledge.
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and share suggestions with supervisors.

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is considered an asset. Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification) is considered an asset.

  • Basic knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse operations.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items (weighing up to 40lb) safely and efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service

Must be 19 years or older. Position requires Criminal Records Check Completion.
