Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive sales growth
• Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution
• Analyze client needs to recommend suitable life insurance products
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards
• Identify new business opportunities within assigned territory
• Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales pipelines

Experience/Qualifications

• LLQP Licence is required
• Experience in life insurance is preferred but not required
• Good understanding of life insurance products and market trends is an asset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent skills in strategic planning and consistently achieving targets
• Ability to work effectively in a high-visibility, results-oriented environment
• Ability to analyze client needs and suggest appropriate solutions
