Role and Facility Information
A newly constructed clinic in Mount Pleasant, is looking to grow their team. They are a full-service family practice clinic with 6 exam rooms supported by MOA’s. The patient population is multicultural with a large Cantonese speaking population.
FPs will have the opportunity to start a new panel (work with the VDOFP patient attachment initiative) or bring in their existing panel.
Other Relevant Information
Modern MOA front desk with patient self-check-in kiosk.
Oscar EMR with integrated fax, automatic patient recalls & appointment reminders, individual hands-free headsets to answer phone calls, no paper charts.
Staff lounge with fully equipped kitchen, private staff washroom.
Pharmacy located in the same building, conveniently situated next to Mount St. Joseph Hospital.
Languages: English & Cantonese
Clinic hours: Monday to Friday 10-5pm (flexible)
Parking/Transit information: Free underground and street parking available, easily accessible by transit
