You have experience with development, troubleshooting support. Essential Responsibilities:

  • Understand and enhance business processes with the use of our low-code platforms.
  • Development of applications: table building, field creation, forms, and relationships.
  • Create reports and dashboards to provide operational metrics for business leaders.
  • Critical assessment of user requests and the ability to discern their impact on existing functionality.
  • Optimize and improve system setup and workflows.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves issues brought up by users.
  • Elevate skill sets of existing users through hands on training and guidance on best practices.
  • Gather requirements for user requests in a clear and concise manner. Coordinate development, testing, acceptance, and handoff between users and development team.

Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation, including application specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
  • Quickbase Expert Certification is an asset.
  • Construction coordination background is an asset.

Working Conditions:

  • Hybrid position - required to be in office several times per week

Compensation

$63, 200 - $86, 900

This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
