Essential Responsibilities:
- Understand and enhance business processes with the use of our low-code platforms.
- Development of applications: table building, field creation, forms, and relationships.
- Create reports and dashboards to provide operational metrics for business leaders.
- Critical assessment of user requests and the ability to discern their impact on existing functionality.
- Optimize and improve system setup and workflows.
- Troubleshoots and resolves issues brought up by users.
- Elevate skill sets of existing users through hands on training and guidance on best practices.
- Gather requirements for user requests in a clear and concise manner. Coordinate development, testing, acceptance, and handoff between users and development team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation, including application specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
- Quickbase Expert Certification is an asset.
- Construction coordination background is an asset.
- Hybrid position - required to be in office several times per week
