Position Information
This position is supporting the Director and the Director's team for the Maternal and Newborn Care Program.
Rotation/Shifts
Days, 8 hour shifts.

Position Information
This position is supporting the Director and the Director's team for the Maternal and Newborn Care Program.
Rotation/Shifts
Days, 8 hour shifts.
- For information purposes only -The Hospital reserves the right to change.
- Two (2) year Community College diploma or undergraduate degree in Nursing, Commerce, Statistics or Economics;
- Three (3) years of previous experience in office administration;
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook;
- Successful completion of TOH medical terminology self-directed learning program or certification in medical terminology from a recognized educational institution;
- Basic math skills;
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent judgment and time management skills in prioritizing appointments, meetings and organizing workload to ensure completion of tasks;
- Ability to plan and organize work efficiently and effectively, anticipate needs and react quickly to new circumstances i.e. changes to scheduled appointments; accuracy, flexibility and adaptability, even as priorities change and urgencies intervene;
- A detailed-oriented approach to his/her work, with exceptional problem-solving skills;
- Ability to schedule and coordinate meetings within an environment of conflicting and frequently changing schedules and multiple locations, to secure meeting facilities, audio-visual equipment, room set-up and to arrange for meeting materials and tracks meeting expenses, etc.;
- Superior skills in note taking and minute writing;
- Eligible to work in Canada.
- Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
