Your role at Clorox:

This role is responsible for supporting the execution of Brand Engagement & Innovation plans for the CloroxPro brand, specifically targeting Healthcare and Janitorial & Sanitary B2B consumers. The incumbent will work cross-functionally, influencing and supporting multiple stakeholders in the delivery of highly effective marketing programs based on deep consumer understanding in order to deliver the brand’s annual business plans.

In this role, you will:

  • Support Studio Lead in the strategic development and execution of Brand Engagement Plan (BEP), ensuring consistency with brand strategy and growth idea
  • Oversee a fact-based, consumer-led innovation pipeline
  • Manage agency relationships (creative, media and PR). This includes planning and execution of the BEP in addition to day-today activities.
  • Establish and maintain total marketing budget. Responsible for reconciliation, spend tracking, and reporting to Finance on a monthly basis.
  • Support Sales & ECOMM ad hoc requests
  • Manage website & updates in addition to reviewing social media community management calendar.
  • Lead the execution of Clorox Professional trade shows
  • Contribute to corporate initiatives (ship/share reporting, long range planning, sales and operations planning, pricing, forecasts, corporate reporting, etc.)
  • Establish and maintain regular and frequent dialogue with US CloroxPro (Clorox Professional) organization to enable coordination and best practices.
  • Support international Clorox Professional markets on marketing execution including packaging development and branding.

What we look for:

Years and Type of Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience, with an understanding of the Canadian professional and/or healthcare market.

  • Strong preference for candidates with B2B or Pharmaceutical experience.
  • Experience with Tier 1 CPG companies is a significant advantage.
  • New product launch experience is an asset.
  • Digital Marketing & e-commerce experience is an asset

  • Ability to work under minimum supervision and direction.
  • Ability to understand technical information and interpret the information for the appropriate consumer audience.

  • Positive outlook, self-motivated, high energy, curiosity within job and overall business.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are required

Education Level/Degree:

University degree in Marketing or equivalent working experience. MBA preferred, but no required.
