Your Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort, distribute, and deliver incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Prepare and process outgoing mail, including sorting, stamping, and arranging courier services.
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Operate mailroom equipment such as postage meters, scanners, and photocopiers.
  • Assist in managing office supplies related to mailing and shipping.
  • Ensure mailroom security by monitoring deliveries and restricting unauthorized access.
  • Handle confidential documents with discretion and maintain data privacy standards.
  • Provide assistance with general office tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous mailroom or administrative experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, email systems).
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment:

  • Office setting with frequent standing, walking, and lifting.
  • May require occasional interaction with external couriers and vendors.
