Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our custom residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, a proven track record of successfully leading projects from inception to completion, and the ability to manage teams, budgets, and timelines effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.

Supervise and coordinate the work of on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure deadlines and goals are met.

Oversee compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and other legal requirements.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

Prepare and present regular reports on project status, including budget and schedule.

Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in construction management, with a focus on residential and commercial projects.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to success.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions under pressure.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Proficiency in construction management software is a plus, especially with "CoConstruct".

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites as needed.

A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
