What does a Security Guard in Fort McMurray do?

• Manage access as well as access cards through the computer system.
• Camera surveillance for access/egress points of people, material, and equipment.
• Greet customers and register visitors as needed.
• Act as a first responder in the event of a crisis or emergency
• Perimeter patrols, and searches of camps, lay-down area, storage facilities and personnel belongings include Vehicles, Bag etc.
• Must be a bale to work in areas that have exposure to height, noise and dusty environment including seasonal exposure to extreme cold heat .
• Must be able to meet physical requirements.
• Standing, walking , bending, and sitting for extended period.
• Heavy lifting up you 50 lbs.
• Ability to understand and follow all site policy and procedures .
• Administrative duties.
