As the Senior Business Analyst you will join a fast-paced team delivering on digital transformation. Working closely with various stakeholders, you will ensure that all requirements deliver high quality results, enable agile team development and align with digital standards. You will lead the development of digital stories, support the implementation of new applications, enhancements or upgrades to achieve program objectives in alignment with business strategies.

How You Will Create Impact

  • Consulting with stakeholders to understand, gather and document clear and concise business and technology requirements, processes, issues and risks.
  • Writing carefully sized and crafted user stories for development and testing, including elaborating on acceptance criteria to ensure representation of business and technical solutions.
  • Facilitating business and technical conversations to gain and develop an understanding of key impacts and utilize information to propose solutions.
  • Benchmark performance and profitability metrics against industry. Leverage descriptive analytics to identify & monitor trends and propose strategic recommendations to support the growth & maturity of our business.
  • Prepare summary reports and communicate results with team leaders to avoid overdue items and ensure closure.
  • Mentoring and providing guidance to the team, ensuring digital standards are clear and adhered to and identifying quality improvement and efficiency opportunities.

To Join Our Team

  • You have five years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, working in an agile environment.
  • You have a post-secondary degree in Business or Computer Science.
  • You have excellent business and systems knowledge and comprehension of applications, procedures and workflows.
  • You have detailed knowledge of the digital space, including the ability to apply user-centric approaches to build and understand the digital experience.
  • Having a Business Analyst certification is an asset.
