Fleet Sales Analyst
Stellantis

Reporting to the National Government Fleet Sales Manager, the Fleet Sales Analyst will support the sale of Stellantis Canada vehicles to Federal / Provincial Governments, Police fleet buyers, Commercial accounts and Fleet Management Companies.
Responsibilities include providing daily customer support to internal and external business partners, performing market analysis, and supporting Fleet Sales Operations, responding to tenders, vehicle ordering, distribution, vehicle scheduling, and logistics tracking.
This position will lead to career growth opportunities in a number of dynamic positions across Stellantis Canada including Fleet Sales, Remarketing, Regional Field Sales/Service or Marketing Operations.
Operations Support
- Serve as the main liaison with Major Fleet Management Companies (FMC) and Federal/Provincial Government Fleet Buyers
- Coordinate order and allocation processes, including placement, revisions, and control of fleet orders
- Provide logistics support to ensure timely scheduling, shipping, and on-time delivery of fleet vehicles
- Develop and provide sales summary reports as needed
- Conduct financial reviews and approve incentives within set parameters
- Update and maintain National Fleet Operations Systems
Fleet Vehicle Sales Reporting and Analysis
- Collect, analyze, and generate reports for internal and external clients
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and data integrity in reporting standards
- Design, develop, and implement new reports or modify existing ones based on business needs
Support Fleet Sales Operations
- Assist in completing National Direct Bid and Commercial tenders/proposals
- Accurately configure and price vehicle specifications
- Audit vendor invoicing and process payments for upfitters
- Maintain National Government account tracking reports needed for direct invoicing
- Maintain digital backup documents for audit purposes
- Analyze tender results to determine key performance metrics
- Interface with dealerships for local Commercial and Government Fleet tender submissions

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum TWO (2) years of automotive-related experience in data analysis and report building
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship building skills
- Ability to multitask, critical attention to detail, superior organization and prioritization skills
- Self-Starter and analytical thinker
- Extremely high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (French/English)
- Knowledge of Stellantis products
