Senior Estate Paralegal - Exciting Opportunity with a Leading Law Firm in Burnaby!
One of our esteemed clients, a well-established law firm in Burnaby, BC, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Estate Paralegal to lead their probate/estate administration department. This role involves direct client interaction, handling estate administration files from start to finish, and working independently in a dynamic legal environment.
Role Overview
Oversee and manage estate administration files with minimal supervision
Handle probate matters exclusively-no estate planning or will preparation required
Provide exceptional client service, ensuring smooth estate administration processes
Draft, review, and file necessary documents with a high level of accuracy
What Our Client Is Looking For
5+ years of probate/estate administration experience in a BC law firm
Strong drafting skills and excellent command of the English language
Proficiency in MS Word, Adobe, BC Online, LTSA
Experience with legal accounting software (an asset but not mandatory)
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage files efficiently
