The Director of Organic Growth and Field Marketing is pivotal in overseeing organic demand generation, SEO performance, local search optimization, and store-level marketing tactics and results. You will grow and lead a high-performing team to build data-driven organic and store-level marketing strategies that optimize performance and fuel sustainable growth across every individual store location.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Develop and own the organic growth marketing strategy to drive traffic, leads, and rentals, including activities such as blog content, backlinking strategy, market research, and competitive analysis.
  • Analyze campaign performance, uncover insights, execute on tactics, and refine strategies to improve performance and scalability across all of Mini Mall’s self-storage locations
  • Leverage customer feedback, behavioural, data and competitor insights to refine organic and customer retention marketing efforts
  • Develop and lead field marketing strategies that support revenue growth, focusing on high-impact regional and vertical-specific campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the operations, asset management, and channel teams to implement joint go-to-market (GTM) campaigns, using field activities to support lead creation and positive customer experiences
  • Ensure that local events and sponsorships effectively drive leads and community awareness and are aligned with business goals
  • Partner with operations, asset management, and leadership teams on the overall needs, while actively recommending strategy, tactics, focus, approach, and expected results for local initiatives
  • Build on specific content and e-commerce deliverables to increase organic traffic and leads while exploring new SEO opportunities
  • Develop and refine performance metrics focusing on organic leads and customer retention
  • Lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability and results
  • Prepare regular executive-level reports on marketing effectiveness, weekly progress, top performance highlights, and revenue contribution


WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar field
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing or relevant field
  • Proven experience leading and scaling field marketing strategies that directly impact lead generation
  • Experience in building organic marketing strategies
  • Experience with SEO management tools
  • Strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and inspire a team of marketing professionals
