HearCANADA is hiring a Sales and Reception Coordinator for our Calgary Deerfoot clinic. This full-time, permanent opportunity would be a great career move for someone with strong administration/customer service skills looking to join a growing team.
What You'll Do
What You'll Do
- Act as the key point of contact for patients at our clinic with client-facing/front-desk responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks
- Educate patients on hearing device payment plans, insurance direct-billing, trial periods, and basic product questions with the goal of increasing sales and fostering loyalty to our services and products
- Participate in HearCANADA branding and marketing initiative
- Assist clinical team members with sanitization and equipment as directed
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service, retail sales, or administrative capacity
- Experience in a retail or sales-oriented environment is strongly preferred
- An energetic, self-driven person who is excited about business development and community partnerships/marketing
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish and build relationships with colleagues, coworkers, and community partner
- Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is strongly preferred as the role will involve some work related (mileage is compensated) local travel to events/marketing engagements
- $21-$24/hour based on experience + quarterly bonuses
