On behalf of our public sector client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst - Enterprise Commons Human Resources for a contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 1 to 3 days onsite at our client’s Edmonton office.


Business Analyst - Enterprise Commons Human Resources - Job Description:

Procom is seeking a Business Analyst to assist in the development and implementation of the new Enterprise Commons (SAP SuccessFactors) software suite. The role involves strategic business analysis, communication, and interpersonal skills to transform business processes and support HR-related initiatives.


Business Analyst - Enterprise Commons Human Resources - Responsibilities:

• Provide expert enterprise analysis and business process transformation capabilities
• Prepare project documentation such as business cases and change requests
• Author and review deliverables like business requirements and user guides
• Support SAP SuccessFactors suite products and perform testing
• Validate converted data from legacy systems
• Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops
• Advise on IT solutions to streamline and create efficiency
• Perform other related duties as required
  
  
  

Business Analyst - Enterprise Commons Human Resources - Mandatory Skills:

• Graduate from a recognized Institute of Technology or University degree program
• Minimum four years of experience in Business Analysis and SAP implementations
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors suite of products
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Google applications
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written skills
• Strong collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to make decisions in accordance with policies and standards
  
  
  

Business Analyst - Enterprise Commons Human Resources – Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Taleo, PeopleSoft, Org Plus
• Experience working in a policing/paramilitary organization
• Professional Designation in Business Analysis (CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA)
