We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team!The ideal candidate will he Business Analyst will work closely with the PMO to build progress reports on business functions and also requirements.

In This Role, You Will

  • Work closely with Product Owners and Technical leads to solicit and capture business and technology requirements, Use Cases, User Stories, Capability Mapping, Story Mapping.
  • Review the requirements with all customers, project managers and technology teams.
  • Lead the intake process with the Vendor, and Technology teams, reviewing requirements, scope to enable teams to provide work estimation.
  • Collaborate actively with the project team and Product Owner to prioritize backlog and solution discovery ensuring ongoing replenishment for Sprints.
  • Review quality report and work as a compassionate advocate for the customer's quality experience.
  • Management Reporting including planning & forecasting.
  • Complete planning/forecasting methodologies, providing professional support to the Management teams in preparing / analyzing targets.
  • Assist with the development of the Strategic/Business Plans.
  • Ensure the integrity and timely completion of the cost benefit analysis.
  • Provide planning/forecasting support to the business ensuring key variances are highlighted and action plans developed.
  • Monitor budgets to ensure effective controls are in place over expense management.
  • Participate in product roadmap analysis.
  • Build and implement acceptance criteria based on requirements, assessing usefulness of test cases, and adjusting approach where required.
  • Handle and report on all system production issues, audit and risk related issues.

What You’ll Need To Succeed (required Skills)

  • Mandatory 5+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Must have hands on experience with MS Projects and Power BI.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to review the requirements or stories and define and develop test acceptance criteria that are inline with requirements ensuring traceability between requirement and test scenario.
  • Expert knowledge in crafting and maintaining Business Analysis artifacts such as Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Requirements Specification (FRS), System Requirement Specifications (SRS), Use Cases, process flow diagrams, integration diagrams, mapping documents, screen mock-ups, user-interface (UI) designs, and user manuals.
  • Ability to create process flow and business rules and translated business requirements into technical solutions using UML diagrams such as Use Case, Activity and Sequence diagrams.
  • Ideally have worked on agile and waterfall projects in the past and capable of growing on fast-paced, challenging environment and must be proactive and dynamic, and demonstrate initiative and eagerness to learn.
  • Experience in providing Business Analysis effort estimation for capturing requirements and doing solution discovery.
