Our firm is seeking a highly skilled (Revit) Architectural Technologist with extensive CAD experience to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, in-office position (North Bay, Ontario) ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for architectural excellence and technological innovation.

Your work environment at EXP
Our firm is seeking a highly skilled (Revit) Architectural Technologist with extensive CAD experience to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, in-office position (North Bay, Ontario) ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for architectural excellence and technological innovation.
What a day at EXP has in store for you
- Develop, coordinate, and manage architectural drawings and documentation using Revit and CAD software
- Collaborate with project teams to create accurate and detailed design solutions
- Ensure adherence to local building codes, industry standards, and client requirements
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve design and technical challenges
- Maintain and update project files, libraries, and templates within the BIM environment
- Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or a related field
- 3 - 5 years of Revit experience within an architectural firm
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is mandatory; experience with additional software (e.g., SketchUp, Autodesk Construction Cloud) is an asset
- High proficiency of MS Office including Word and Excel
- Strong knowledge of Ontario Building Code (OBC) and construction detailing
- Good communication skills with clients, consultants and officials
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, consultants, and team members
- OAA certification or eligibility is considered an asset but not required
