Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated IT Help Desk Technician to provide on-site technical support and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems for our employees. This role is ideal for a problem-solver with strong technical skills who enjoys working in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver on-site technical support for hardware, software (Windows).

Key Responsibilities: - Deliver on-site technical support for hardware, software (Windows).
- Create user access accounts and assign permissions (Active Directory).
- Track, manage, and document incidents and service requests using a ticketing system.
- Handle office equipment orders and maintain an up-to-date inventory for the office.
- Install, configure, and deploy computer workstations for employees.
- Allocate and retrieve IT equipment from employees. Skills & Qualifications: - At least 1 year of experience in IT support.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonnal skills.
- Proactive attitude.
