Your area of focus.

A Delivery Product Specialist at a dealership is responsible for managing the delivery process of vehicles to customers. Their role includes explaining vehicle features, ensuring that customers understand how to use their new cars, and providing a thorough orientation to the vehicle. They also handle paperwork, address customer inquiries, and ensure a smooth handover experience. Additionally, they may assist with vehicle inspections, manage inventory, and collaborate with sales teams to enhance the customer experience during the delivery process. The role requires excellent communication skills and knowledge of the vehicles being sold.

What drives your day-to-day?

  • Check vehicle prior to customer arrival;
  • Receive the customer, have the documents signed, proceed with the delivery and complete explanation of the vehicle;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and discuss CSI survey;
  • Discount the file with our manufacturer.

What Are The Must-haves…

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service;
  • Fluently bilingual, spoken and written;
  • Driver's license (an asset);
  • Honest, professional, structured and courteous;
  • Excellent references and demonstrated aptitude for customer service;
  • Ability and interest in working as part of a team;
