Director of Product Management

Bayshore Healthcare Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Product Management to lead the development and execution of our digital product roadmap. Reporting directly to the Chief Digital Officer, this role will drive our digital transformation, enhance patient experiences, and optimize operational efficiency through innovative digital solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the home and healthcare landscape, a passion for technology, and a proven track record of delivering successful digital products.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Product Leadership:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital product strategy aligned with Bayshore's overall business objectives and digital transformation goals.
• Identify and prioritize digital product opportunities based on market analysis, customer insights, and technological advancements.
• Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality digital solutions.
  
  

Home & Healthcare Domain Expertise

• Gain a deep understanding of the home healthcare industry, including patient needs, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to translate needs into effective digital product solutions
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards (e.g., PHIPA)
  
  

Product Development And Management

• Lead the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch optimization
• Define product requirements, develop user stories, and collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences
• Utilize data analytics to monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making
  
  

Team Leadership And Collaboration

• Build and lead a high-performing product management team
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product launches and adoption
  
  

Stakeholder Management

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, clinicians, and patients
• Build strong relationships with technology vendors and partners
  
  

Reports to: Chief Digital Officer

Work Location : Bayshore Healthcare, National Office, Mississauga ON

Hybrid – At least 2 days onsite weekly

Education

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  
  

Experience

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and digital health technologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Experience working with health record systems, or other healthcare related digital products is a strong asset
