About The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified Mobile Technician to join our mobile engineering team working across the York and Doncaster area, on various blue chip clients’ sites completing PPM and reactive maintenance. You will be very client facing working across industrial and corporate environments completing maintenance tasks to ensure the client is legally compliant and reactive maintenance directed by the helpdesk.

To complete this role, you will be issued a company vehicle and work from your home address using a PDA to receive your work and complete tasks so experience of working on a PDA and being able to use the basic Microsoft platforms to communicate with the helpdesk and office team.

Occasional working away may be required as part of this role but predominantly you will be working with in 90 mins of your home address

Main responsibilities will include:

  • C omplete PPM tasks for our client base
  • Complete Minor reactive works
  • Provide support in the office obtaining information for quotes for over budget works
  • C omplete compliance paperwork to a high standard and submit it to the office team on time


To be considered for this role you must hit the following criteria:

  • Experience within a similar role
  • Trade qualifications of Level 2 or above or e quivalent that can complete compliance tasks such as Water Temperatures, TMV servicing, Emergency light Testing and other basic maintenance tasks
  • Functional Skills in English and Maths
  • Clear communication
  • Reliable, efficient and helpful
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Be able to work on their own initiative and complete the work 1 st time and provide excellent customer service
