AP Analyst

Agilus is recruiting for a AP Analyst-Term in the construction sector in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

This is a 6-month term role

A Typical Day

• Process invoices 3-4 days per week, ensuring accurate matching against payments
• Process credit card and employee expense payments in a timely manner.
• Assist with the ERP upgrade and integration of new software (OnBase).
• Utilize Vista (ERP) for processing and managing invoices and payments.
• Support the Shared Services AP Team during the ERP transition by reviewing and auditing AP invoices entered into the legacy system.
• Perform weekly matching of payments to backup documents for sign-off by District Finance Managers/Controllers.
• Assist in the review, audit, and upload of monthly MasterCard and fuel card statements.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  
  

The Successful Candidate Brings

• Must have experience processing a high volume of invoices
• Post-secondary education is an asset.
• Must have min of 2 years of experience in accounts payable.
• Experience in the construction industry is an asset but not required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Self-motivated, action-oriented, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team or independently on routine tasks with a positive attitude.
• Proficient in MS Office software, including MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook, with advanced skills in MS Excel, including formulas and functions.
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and commitment to achieving goals; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
