JOB DESCRIPTION
En tant que Gestionnaire de la rentabilité, vous serez chargé d'accroître les ventes et la rentabilité grâce à l'analyse des données, aux partenariats interfonctionnels, aux relations avec les clients et les fournisseurs, au coaching et aux pratiques de gestion des performances. Dans ce rôle, vous travaillerez en partenariat avec les cadres supérieurs pour élaborer des stratégies de tarification et améliorer les capacités qui répondent au marché et soutiennent une croissance rentable. En outre, vous contribuerez à la rentabilité et à l'optimisation du portefeuille de clients et de fournisseurs, à l'atténuation du risque de marge et au renforcement des capacités dans l'ensemble de l'organisation.

As a Manager - Profitability you will be responsible to grow sales and profitability through data analytics, cross functional partnerships, customer & supplier relationships, coaching, and performance management practices. In this role, you will partner with senior managers to build pricing strategies and improve capabilities that respond to the marketplace and support profitable growth. In joining, you will help with customer and supplier portfolio profitability and optimization, margin risk mitigation, and capability building across the organization.
Responsibilities

Compensation Details: $111,670 - $150,754 Annually
This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.
For eligible positions, compensation may also include participation in a bonus or sales compensation plan paid according to achievement against sales targets and/or business objectives. Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package. Responsabilités
- Analyser les tendances sous-jacentes du marché, les tendances des prix et les comportements des clients afin d'éclairer la stratégie de tarification.
- Identifier les opportunités d'efficacité, de croissance et de rentabilité dans les principaux segments de marché.
- Travailler en partenariat avec l'ensemble des fonctions de l'entreprise pour examiner les processus et les systèmes actuels afin d'apporter des améliorations qui ont un impact direct sur les ventes et la rentabilité.
- Fournir un soutien pratique et des recommandations pour promouvoir la rentabilité et l'efficacité par l'analyse des ventes, la gestion des stocks et l'optimisation du coût des marchandises vendues (COGS), de la main-d'œuvre et de l'Opex.
- Mesurer et contrôler les performances de l'entreprise à l'aide d'indicateurs de performance clés
- Améliorer les performances en évaluant les processus et en proposant des approches ingénieuses et approfondies pour améliorer les résultats dans tous les domaines de l'entreprise.
- Baccalauréat requis.
- 5 à 7 ans d'expérience et/ou de formation pertinente, ou une combinaison équivalente d'éducation et d'expérience.
- Faire preuve de sens des affaires pour rédiger et comprendre des calculs financiers simples.
- Capacité à utiliser la pensée analytique pour résumer et communiquer aux principaux décideurs.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de développement et d'amélioration des processus.
- Capacité d'adaptation avec une solide compréhension des technologies modernes.
- Capacité à travailler efficacement avec d'autres domaines fonctionnels et à comprendre les questions opérationnelles et commerciales pertinentes pour obtenir des résultats supérieurs.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de relations interpersonnelles et de gestion des personnes, orientation client et ténacité pour résoudre les problèmes et les conflits.

- Identify opportunities for efficiency, growth, and profitability across key market segments
- Partner across business functions to review current processes and systems to drive improvements that directly impact sales and profitability
- Provide hands-on support and recommendations to promote profitability and efficiency through sales analysis, inventory management, and optimization of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), Labor and Opex
- Measure / monitor business performance using key performance indicators
- Improves performance by evaluating processes and proposing resourceful and thorough approaches to improve bottom-line results in all areas of business
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Apply business acumen to write and understand simple financial calculations.
- Ability to use analytical thinking to summarize and communicate to key decision-makers.
- Excellent process development and enhancement skills.
- Ability to be adaptable with a solid understanding of modern technology.
