Based in Montreal and reporting to the Vice-President of Marketing and Communications, the incumbent will oversee a talented creative team, while managing, coordinating, and delivering the company’s marketing initiatives. They will also be the strategic point of contact for the development and execution of marketing plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Based in Montreal and reporting to the Vice-President of Marketing and Communications, the incumbent will oversee a talented creative team, while managing, coordinating, and delivering the company’s marketing initiatives. They will also be the strategic point of contact for the development and execution of marketing plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Project Management Office
- Lead the marketing and communications project management office by supervising a team of creative talents (designers, writers, videographers).
- Complete and manage brief requests in project management tools.
- Play an active project manager role by ensuring coordination and delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Ensure quality control of all projects and collaboration requests.
- Coordinate and organize a wide variety of projects: signage, digital and traditional marketing, visual material design (infographics, graphic design), website creation, social media management, article writing, video creation, etc.
- Ensure smooth project management, from planning to execution (while respecting deadlines and budgets).
- Implement effective project management processes (ActiveCollab, Wrike, Asana) to centralize all information and tasks transparently.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to the team.
- Provide detailed reports on the progress of projects and the effectiveness of marketing and communication campaigns.
- Ensure continuous visibility of project status.
- Strategic Support and Advisory Role in the Deployment of Cross-functional Marketing and Communication Plans
- Deploy and coordinate 360° marketing and communication plans, actively participating in the creation and execution of global strategies.
- Act as a strategic advisor for the deployment of marketing and communication initiatives, providing advice both at the strategic and operational levels.
- Actively contribute to the creation and management of content for social media, including community management and campaign performance analysis.
- Coach and support the team in the use of marketing tools and templates.
- Ensure linguistic reviews of produced content and offer translations if necessary.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, project management, or a related field. A master’s or certification in project management is a plus.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in marketing and communications project management, with significant experience in team management and supervision of project managers.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in project management tools (ActiveCollab, Wrike, Asana, etc.), digital marketing platforms, data analysis tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Leadership skills: Proven experience in managing and motivating a team, with the ability to work collaboratively and inspire.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, with the ability to write impactful content and tailor messages to different audiences.
- Organizational skills: Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and efficient time management.
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and trends to draw strategic conclusions.
- A plus: You are a creative person capable of taking on the role of artistic director (brand guardian).
