Sports Event Ambassadors

Love sport? Love local sporting events? Join our awesome events team and work at some of the best athletic events in the lower mainland!

We are Blonyx, a North Vancouver-based sports nutrition company for people with athletic ambition. We are on the hunt for outgoing, enthusiastic, athletically-minded event ambassadors to represent Blonyx at upcoming sporting events and expos throughout the year. Right now, we are building our 2023 Event Calendar and need the perfect team behind it.

We have two opportunities available -

Event Lead - $25 per hour (+ travel if applicable) plus FREE Blonyx supplements

• Experience managing a team
• Valid Canadian driver's license with the ability to transport event materials to and from events (own car is preferred*)
• Interest in athletic performance and sports
• Outgoing personality
• Experience selling products at events, trade shows, in a retail environment or commission sales
• Weekend availability - most sporting events will run on a Saturday or a Sunday.
• No car but have a valid driver's license? Great - we can work it out!
  
  
  

Event Ambassador - $20 per hour plus FREE Blonyx supplements

• Interest in athletic performance and sports
• Outgoing personality
• Experience selling products at events, trade shows, in a retail environment or commission sales is considered an asset but not needed
• Weekend availability - most sporting events will run on a Saturday or a Sunday.
  
  
  

The right candidates will join our team to help run booths and aid stations and at various sporting events across the Vancouver lower mainland, and sea-to-sky corridor. We’re all about getting to know race participants, talking all things Blonyx and encouraging athletic ambition!

Our event schedule is continuously evolving and will run until the end of the year. To give you an insight into our upcoming event schedule, some confirmed events are as follows -

• Fort Langley Historic Half - February
• UBC TriDu Expo - February
• BC Bike Show Expo, Vancouver - March
• UBC TriDu Race Day, Vancouver - March
• Vancouver Hot Chocolate 5k & 10k - March
• Shamrock ’n Race - March
• Sun Run Expo, Vancouver - April
• BMO Marathon Expo, Vancouver - May
• Various BC Rugby and BC Cycling events (July -Oct)
• The Gran Fondo (Velospoke Expo), Vancouver - September
• Rubber Ducky 5k/7m/Half - October
• Boundary Bay 5k/10k/Half - November

…with more being added to our calendar month by month. You do not need to attend every event - being a part of the team roster means you only work when available.
