Why Work at Ross Video? We have a great group of people working together to create and deliver cutting edge products that look amazing and are easy to use. We go all out so that our customers can have the best possible experience and achieve quality results. With a product focus, continual learning, results driven processes, and creative thinking, we constantly strive to improve our solutions and to deliver results. If you've ever watched live television, news, sports, or entertainment, you've seen our products in use. All of the major Hollywood award shows, most professional sports teams, and many of the largest broadcasters in the world use Ross Video technology. Get behind the scenes and learn about what it takes to make live events possible. If that resonates, and you’re someone with integrity, commitment, and a strong drive to deliver great products, we’d love to hear from you.
You are joining the Carbonite Switchers team, where we develop the industry-leading Carbonite product switchers and TouchDrive control panels. We develop new switcher products every single day while ensuring our products operate reliably, deliver new functionality and continue to transform live productions. Our production switchers can be found transforming the way live video productions are created, driving innovation in all markets where video production is needed.
As the Manager, you will take on a dual role, balancing technical leadership with team management. You’ll lead and inspire a team of talented frontend and full stack developers, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment with the company’s UX vision. While keeping your technical skills sharp, you’ll also foster an environment where the team can thrive and deliver high-performance, low-latency, and user-friendly user interfaces for our new and existing products.
In the Carbonite Switchers group, you will also collaborate with a diverse range of experts, including industry-leading Product Managers, Hardware Designers, OS Engineers, Testers, and other Software Engineers of product lines. Your role will be key in ensuring seamless teamwork and alignment across these disciplines to drive innovation and deliver best-in-class solutions.
If you’re passionate about mentoring and leading teams while staying deeply involved in technical problem-solving and software development, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on some of the most innovative live productions worldwide.
