We are seeking Senior Performance Test Engineer with strong expertise in automation tools to ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our healthcare applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performance testing, automation frameworks, and cloud-based testing strategies.

We are seeking Senior Performance Test Engineer with strong expertise in automation tools to ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our healthcare applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performance testing, automation frameworks, and cloud-based testing strategies.
Duties And Responsibilities
Performance Testing & Analysis
- Analyze business requirements and system architecture to identify performance risks
- Design, develop, and execute performance tests (load, stress, endurance, scalability, and spike testing)
- Utilize performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Neoload for automation
- Develop and execute API performance tests for backend validation
- Implement automated performance test scripts and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
- Utilize cloud-based performance testing solutions (AWS, Azure)
- Develop data-driven performance testing techniques using various input sources (databases, CSV, APIs)
- Work with APM tools like Dynatrace, New Relic, or AppDynamics to monitor and analyze system performance
- Track and analyze performance issues, working closely with developers for resolution
- Maintain test documentation including test plans, scripts, execution logs, and reports
- Provide trend analysis and recommendations based on test results
- Work with development and DevOps teams to optimize system performance
- Establish and follow best practices for performance testing and automation
- Assist in developing guidelines for test automation and cloud-based performance validation
- The Senior Performance Test Engineer reports directly to the Manager, Software Quality Assurance
Hybrid – At least 2 days onsite weekly
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Performance Testing & Automation
- Expertise in JMeter, LoadRunner, Neo load, or similar tools
- Hands-on experience in API performance testing and automation
- Experience with cloud-based performance testing (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Java, PowerShell, or Shell scripting).
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Dynamics CRM, or other healthcare applications
- Familiarity with HIPAA, PHI, and other healthcare compliance standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on knowledge sharing
- The Senior Performance Test Engineer must demonstrate ongoing competency in completing all assigned duties, meeting performance benchmarks, and contributing to overall system reliability
