Who You Are…
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field, or equivalent related work experience
- 2-4 years of experience in a project management role required
- 4-6 years of work experience in a related field
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
- and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and execute project including the equipment necessary to achieve this plan
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with associated departments (i.e., Engineering, Sales, Finance and Production)
- Responsible for project(s) up to $15 million revenue annually
- Responsible for training new Project Managers on process, including Visual.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Must possess the ability to work flexible hours, and will be based upon the needs of the department, to include evening and/or weekend hours on a limited basis
- Some travel required (10%-40%)
