Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive workplace culture and ensuring HR processes run smoothly.

Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive workplace culture and ensuring HR processes run smoothly.
What You Will Be Doing
- Manage full-cycle recruitment by posting jobs, sourcing candidates, building talent pipelines, screening and interviewing, collaborating with hiring managers for final selections, and conducting background and reference checks.
- Managing social media and other recruitment marketing strategies to attract potential talent.
- Preparing compensation analysis and offer letter for review and approval and extending verbal and written offers.
- Facilitating the onboarding process and providing necessary compliance training.
- Quarterly review of data accuracy and integrity in HRIS system.
- Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding process in HRIS and Employee Recognition Software, ensuring all related activities and compliance training are completed.
- Main point of contact for employee access requests (i.e. password resets, personal files)
- Provide training for UKG for new hires and new managers.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to upgrade or troubleshoot HR systems.
- Support organizational culture initiatives, manage employee recognition programs, and assist with training coordination and event planning.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training activities, including preparing applications for CAJG funding and drafting tuition reimbursement agreements.
- Coordinate and attend career fairs and industry events.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in an HR or related administrative role is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree, Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, onboarding and other HR functions is required.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications, specifically UKG.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High degree of emotional intelligence and empathy.
