- 5K Sign-On Bonus
- 8-40 hours/week

- In-Clinic or Hybrid team/program environment
You will provide top quality whole-person care using your client-centered biopsychosocial approach with both interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams (i.e., physiotherapy, kinesiology, occupational therapy, vocational rehab specialist, case coordinators) and interdisciplinary mental health teams (psychologists, psychotherapists, counsellors, social workers, occupational therapists).
Education and licensure
- Master’s Degree or Ph.D. in Psychology from an accredited university
- Current registration in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists (competency with adult populations; clinical (asset: counselling psychology, health/rehabilitation psychology, neuropsychology)
- Individual professional liability insurance required at time of employment
- Training/certifications with Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, EMDR and other evidence-based treatments highly desired
- 2 yrs. of clinical experience working with adult populations on return-to-work is preferred
- Experience with chronic pain and occupational rehab is an asset.
- Conducting psychological assessments with adults for various goals, including treatment planning
- Working in interdisciplinary teams and with third party payers is considered an asset
- Utilizing telehealth/virtual care methods is considered an asset
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work both autonomously and as part of interdisciplinary teams
- Efficient with required clinical documentation
- Able to manage a diverse caseload within dynamic work setting
- Demonstrated work ethics, integrity, reliability, maturity, and flexibility
- Preferred (not required): Bilingual - French English

- Using evidence-based methods to meet clear treatment objectives (e.g., increasing ADLs, work reintegration, decreasing symptom burden, increasing functional abilities etc.)
- Utilizing feedback-informed treatment
- Gaining experience collaborating with key community stakeholders
- Working with a diverse caseload
