Job Summary

Responsible for supporting the creation of visually compelling designs across digital and traditional media, with a focus on motion graphics and video content. You’ll work closely with senior designers, creative leads, and cross-functional teams to bring our brand stories to life through dynamic visuals and engaging animations and video content.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy and Development - 40%

  • Create engaging, high performing and visually appealing content (still & motion design) for new product launches, evergreen brand awareness and campaigns.
  • Edit campaign videos, social reels & brand documentary films to engage target audiences and deliver brand equity.
  • Designing and animating innovative concepts and ideas for CRM, paid digital and social campaigns, social stories and marketing collateral.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas, fostering a collaborative creative environment.
  • Work closely with Creative Director to storyboard creative concepts for brand presentations.
  • Support creative strategy, ideation, and development of communication materials that align to Arterra brand values, ASC ad standards and brand business goals.
  • Ideate and conceptualize innovative and effective campaigns and creative materials, from concept to execution, ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest quality standards and adhere to channel best practices.
  • Maintain and uphold brand consistency across all creative materials, ensuring that they reflect brand values, standards, personality, and guidelines.
  • Effectively present and communicate creative concepts, strategies, and ideas to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to adhere to channel and media best practices and present innovative, best in class creative solutions.
  • Support the production of short-form video content, including editing, animation, and post-production enhancements.
  • Ensure that all creative assets adhere to established brand standards while bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table.
  • Prepare final files for production and media trafficking across various formats and ensure seamless delivery.

Managing Production and External Partners - 20%

  • Support creative development with internal (Marcom, Studio) and external partners (agencies/vendors) to ensure creative aligns with brand objectives, guidelines, and budget.
  • Develop creative/production brief and manage production partners on videographer/photography, audio, and design deliverables to ensure high quality creative and adhere to marketing best practices.
  • Communicate timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects are executed on time and budget.
  • Provide feedback to internal and external partners, offering constructive insights to enhance creative concepts further.
  • Accountable for delivering creative that meets performance benchmarks, continuously working to improve and optimize to drive marketing effectiveness of creative and content.
  • Imparts legal regulatory and ASC knowledge to all aspects of design solutions.

Continuous Learning & Innovation - 20%

  • Stay update on the latest trends in media, design, motion graphics, AI tools and video production.
  • Keep a pulse on evolving technologies and creative techniques to ensure our work remains cutting-edge and impactful.
  • Leverage emerging AI trends and best practices in design and media to optimize creative output.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or relevant field of study.

Experience

Minimum Required:

  • A strong portfolio of work, identifying your role.
  • 2-4 years’ experience working in advertising (in-house or agency).
  • Proficiency in the entire Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects.
  • Ability to storyboard and create compelling stories with brand content. Knowledge of digital design process and best practices, including ad optimization.
  • Proven ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail

Preferred

  • Wine industry experience an asset (must demonstrate interest/passion for wine).
  • Consumer Package Goods (CPG), Alcohol and Beverage Industry experience Experience with videography or photography productions
  • Experience with 3D animation tools & Figma

Compensation: Budgeted Range – ($68,009.00-$88,012.00) the budgeted range takes into account several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements. Base pay is only one component of the total rewards offering at Arterra.
