- DEP en santé, assistance et soins infirmiers (infirmier auxiliaire);
- Titulaire d'attestations de réussite suivantes:
- réanimation cardiorespiratoire;
- secourisme général;
- principes de déplacement sécuritaire des personnes (PDSB).
- 1 à 3 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire;
- Membre de l’Ordre des infirmiers et infirmières auxiliaires du Québec (OIIAQ);
- Solides aptitudes pour les relations interpersonnelles;
- Solides aptitudes pour le travail d’équipe et la collaboration;
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome;
- Habiletés organisationnelles;
- Orienté service à la clientèle;
- Démontrer et valoriser une culture et un environnement axé sur les valeurs Chartwell qui se définissent par le R.E.S.P.E.C.T.
