All of our Loblaw control labels and brands make us proud because they follow our philosophy of taking something good and making it better – and that’s what our customers expect when they shop in our stores. It’s been true since the introduction of The Decadent Chocolate Chip Cookie, and it’s still true today, with our PC Blue Menu and PC Organics products.

With a passion for maintaining a distinct and memorable tasting experience for our customers you will re-develop and test existing products and raw ingredients and reap the rewards of seeing your creations on our store shelves.
This role is a key stakeholder in the reformulation process. Working with our regulatory, quality assurance and technical leads you will be responsible for leading the re-development of our control brand products to align with current regulations, all while maintaining the sensory and experience consumers expect.
This role is responsible for the development of product including technical, formulation and sensory validation. Development is focused on supporting reformulation of current product related to regulatory changes. This role works closely with the Vendors, Product Manager, Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance Specialist to identify changes and bring those changes to life through product development. Key to this role: Industry specific manufacturing and production knowledge, the ability to define internal constraints and vendor capabilities and fundamental technical knowledge of assigned categories.

Requests for accommodation due to a disability (which may be visible or invisible, temporary or permanent) can be made at any stage of application and employment. We encourage candidates to make their accommodation needs known so that we can provide equitable opportunities.
Please Note:
Candidates who are 18 years or older are required to complete a criminal background check. Details will be provided through the application process.
