Lead a team of network and identity and access management engineers delivering services to both commercial and government accounts. Setting priorities, strategy, budget formulation, project delivery for Zero Trust Services
- 10+ years of experience with managing high performing Cyber Security Teams in commercial and government spaces
- 5+ years of experience leading technical project delivery for Zero Trust Implementations
- Experience architecting Zero Trust solutions, road maps, and capabilities in alignment with industry standards, including NIST 800-207, CISA Maturity Model, or DoD Zero Trust Strategy
- Responsible for building out the pipeline of new business, not cold calling but chasing leads, developing new business, and will lead the commercial activities for this practice
- Experience leading product selection initiatives, network security including automation and orchestration, visibility and analytics, identity and access management, conditional based access, attribute-based access control.
- Ability to work with and guide senior leaders, including CISO, CIO, and CTO, and executives to ideate, build, and execute cybersecurity capability maturation
- Ability to collaborate with project and proposal teams to incorporate cybersecurity solutions and develop high quality implementation plans and roadmaps
- Ability to author technical documentation, whitepapers, and blogs on leading cybersecurity topics and concepts
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in a Cybersecurity compliance, operations, or engineering leadership role
- Experience selecting, designing, and implementing security tools and capabilities for large, complex federal or commercial organizations
- Experience with innovative cybersecurity capabilities, including A&O, AI and machine learning, NGFW, and Big Data
- Experience with AWS, Azure, Oracle, or Google Cloud Platform Cloud architectures and designs
- Experience coaching and mentoring junior staff on functional expertise
- Possession of excellent project management skills, including in finance, resource management, planning, and delivery execution
- Possession of excellent client presentation and facilitation skills
- Information Security Certification, including CEH, CISM, CCSP, CCSK, CISSP, or CompTIA Security+ Certification
