This role is an 18 month contract and is eligible for Libro’s work from home program.
The Successful Candidate Will
- Accountable for designing and transforming processes so they optimize the Owner Experience and they align with Libro’s overall strategy
- Utilize Lean, Agile, Human Centered Design and/or other frameworks as appropriate
- Provide subject matter expertise to support “how to” questions which flow through Libro’s Enterprise Support Solution (OAC)
- Develop and maintain procedures, workflows, and work instructions to maximize employee efficiency and ultimately the Owner Experience
- Lead operational project delivery activities by creating and managing the project plan, drafting & delivering an appropriate communication strategy, and supporting L&D training
- Represent Process Excellence for projects supporting one or more of Libro’s value streams in the implementation of organizational strategic initiative projects
- Facilitate conversations and adoption of Process Improvement methodologies to drive problem-solving and innovation across the organization
- Collaborate and support risk management by creating a sustainable quality assurance program and creating processes that reduce the opportunity for deviation from the standards
- Provide thought leadership and industry knowledge for process design and participate in the knowledge transfer within the team and other stakeholders in the value stream
- Full accountability of prioritizing the Kanban backlog of process improvement initiatives & Conveyor Belt submissions (Employee Suggestion Program)
- Build reporting and communicate updates on key performance indicators
- Analyze key metrics to highlight trends and identify opportunities to enhance processes
- Develop return on investment and cost benefit analysis to support priority of the Process Excellence Kanban backlog

- Do you display the Libro values of Accountability, Courage, High Performance and Inclusive Mindset?
- Do you have a post-secondary degree or diploma with a recommended focused in Business, Business Administration and/or Finance?
- Do you have Project Management training and/or experience, a minimum of 2 years experience in a management role in financial services or Agile experience considered assets?
- Are you certified in Yellowbelt or Smartsheet, must be certified within 12 months of hire.
