We are currently recruiting a Technical Customer Care Representative, Mobile Apps for a 12 month fixed-term, to be integral to driving high-level performance across the Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the Lovehoney Group Digital department, your focus will be on working on improving customer satisfaction in the area of mobile apps.

What You Will Do

  • Monitor, analyze, and respond to user feedback, reviews, and complaints on iOS and Android app stores.
  • Communicate empathetically and professionally with end-users, addressing their concerns and questions.
  • Collaborate closely with the app development and customer care teams to provide accurate, well-informed responses.
  • Understand the technical aspects of our mobile app and explain features and updates clearly to users.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and share insights with the team for improvement.


What You Should Bring

  • Digital Native: Passionate about mobile apps with a good understanding of iOS and Android platforms.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written communication skills in English (and ideally another language such as French) to engage with users effectively.
  • Empathy & Friendliness: A customer-first mindset, with the ability to handle queries and complaints tactfully.
  • Interest in App Technology: Eager to learn about technical implementation details of mobile apps.
  • Team Player: Work closely with our app development and customer care teams to provide the best experience for users.
