Who we need


Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, we are hiring a Sales Admin Assistant to support our sales team in ensuring seamless sales operations. As our new Sales Admin Assistant, you will create quotes, process orders, coordinate deliveries, and manage customer inquiries. Beyond daily sales support, you will maintain and update the CRM system, analyze data, and generate key sales reports. You will track sales history, identify trends, and keep the sales team informed of key performance metrics and their impact.


This is a four-day on-site role with the option to work one day remotely.

What you will do:


  • Support sales operations. You will develop a deep understanding of our business, customers, and sales processes, ensuring seamless support for the sales team. You will provide full administrative assistance, helping the sales team to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service. You will respond to customer inquiries promptly, ensuring alignment with our response time targets. You will handle inbound calls, verify account details and direct new accounts to the appropriate Account Executive based on sales territories.
  • Process accurate sales orders and deliveries. You will receive orders via email, text, or phone and ensure they are processed correctly for on-time, error-free fulfillment. You will confirm delivery details to set up accurate sales orders and ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage quotes. You will create and send accurate customer quotes, ensuring competitive pricing and business retention. You will follow up to address concerns and uncover objections. You will analyze lost quotes to refine sales strategies.
  • Capture and analyze sales and market data. You will maintain accurate customer and market data in our CRM, increasing the sales team’s efficiency and effectiveness. You will update customer profiles to ensure records are current and complete. Your insights will help drive informed decision-making and optimize sales performance.

  • Technical proficiency. You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience working with CRM and/or ERP systems would be an asset. You can quickly learn and adapt to new technologies that support sales operations, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency.
