What You'll Do

• Oversee operations across 20+ locations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop store managers and regional teams to achieve operational and financial goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost efficiencies, and enhanced customer experience.
• Support expansion efforts, including new store openings, renovations, and workforce planning.
• Monitor key performance metrics and provide strategic insights to optimize performance.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of multi-unit operations management experience, ideally in the food and beverage industry.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate large teams.
• Strong business acumen, including experience with financial performance, budgeting, and process optimization.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a passion for driving efficiency and innovation.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent travel.
