Sentara Medical Group is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and flexible Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with excellent relationship-building and clinical skills to join our bustling GYN clinic in South Boston. Located in a charming Virginian town on the Virginia/North Carolina border, South Boston is just one hour north of Durham, North Carolina, and two hours south of Richmond, Virginia.

Position Highlights:

  • Location: South Boston, VA
  • Monday – Friday; 9-5p
  • 4 or 5 day work week options available based on your preference
  • 100% Outpatient ; Average of 18 patients per day
  • Duties include annual well-women gynecological visits, pap-smears, STI consults, minor procedures such as colposcopies, LEEPs, insertion/removal of IUD’s and Nexplanon, and treatment of acute gynecological conditions.
  • Experience in primary care or GYN required. Experience with minor procedures like colposcopies, LEEPs, and similar tasks is a plus, but not required.
