As the Marketing Coordinator you will support the Canadian marketing team and key cross-functional teams, including sales, trade and digital while also assisting the Ascensia European marketing team. In this dynamic role, you'll help execute marketing strategies, manage administrative processes, and maintain key partnerships. You'll play a vital part in driving campaigns, coordinating operations, and supporting special projects—using your marketing experience to make an impact. Location: Hybrid - Mississauga
What you will be doing:
Coordination of clerical and logistical tasks.Maintain and support Partnership and Advocacy relationships. Support executional Marketing programs including multidisciplinary position within the Ascensia Diabetes Care Marketing team supporting predominantly the retail, HCP and Direct to Consumer channels to help achieve overall business objectives. Manages purchase order set-up, monitoring, confirmation of payment, invoice tracking, setting up of new vendors as well as any vendor changes. Works with a multidisciplinary team to onboard and laisses new vendors and suppliers accelerating the process. Organizes and facilitates the monthly budget tracking process ensuring the marketing budget is accurate and up to date. Processes expense reports and payment of invoices. Facilitates auto-distribution of materials to reps and accommodates ad-hoc requests for rep samples literature, materials using salesforce.com. Support and coordinate all logistical marketing meetings if needed. Maintains and support the day-to-day relationship of advocacy partnerships, including regular follow-up discussion, managing ad-hoc support requests, and relationship management with key partner contacts. Supports coordination and shipping of conference booth and promotional/sales materials. Oversee project budgets and processing of finance fees. Works closely with the marketing lead to support the implementation of marketing plans collaboratively and effectively. Creates, develops and adapts marketing literature for field sales, supporting marketing reprints or the development / execution of a new or adapted global marketing piece. Performs monthly accruals to finance and reconcile Procurement card statements. Manages / coordinates translation requests. Primary contact for internal and external customers. Point person for incoming competitive intel, triages materials and ensure timely communication to the marketing lead.
Skills you will need:
Bachelor's degree in marketing2+ years marketing administration experience in the field of product support (Medical Devices, Healthcare) Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to work under pressure while meeting tight timelines Desire and ability to communicate/interact with others and promote teamwork, enthusiastic and positive attitude Project management Excellent computer skills –word, excel, power point Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Bilingualism (English, French) would be an asset
